Robert is a 2001 graduate of George Washington University Law School and a 1993 graduate of Dartmouth College.  He represents businesses and individuals in state and federal courts and has represented clients in various forms of dispute resolution, including jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations. His practice consists of a wide range of litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, insurance defense, construction claims, business tort cases, product defect claims, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, workers compensation, and shareholder disputes.

Prior to joining Natale & Wolinetz in 2009, Robert worked in the Hartford office of one of Connecticut’s largest law firms, focusing on commercial and construction litigation.  Robert began his legal career as an associate with one of the oldest and largest law firms in Boston.
