JAMES G. GREEN, JR. is a commercial litigation attorney who has a recognized specialty in litigating disputes among the co-owners of businesses. He has tried a variety of complex business disputes including shareholder disputes, limited liability company disputes, and partnership disputes. He has also tried contract and business tort cases, real estate disputes, state tax cases, and accountant’s liability matters.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Jim has tried trust, estate and fiduciary matters often involving closely held or family-owned businesses. He has argued complex business cases in the Appellate Court and Supreme Court of the State of Connecticut.
Jim has a wealth of experience in these matters and is also available to act as mediator or arbitrator for other parties and their counsel looking to resolve such disputes by ADR.
Jim is a past President of The Hartford County Bar Association and a past President of the Hartford County Bar Foundation.
